LodgeDesk is software for the front desk of a boarding kennel. You are responsible for the accuracy of pet records, vaccines, authorized pickups, and stays you enter. LodgeDesk is not a veterinarian and does not decide medical risk — vaccine holds are a Staff tool. Records stay with the lodge that created them.

Card payments go through Stripe Checkout — a link the owner opens. When a card is on file, Going home can Charge saved card for Due. There is no counter reader yet. A connected lodge can receive those charges on its own Stripe; until then they settle on LodgeDesk. The lodge can still Mark paid for cash, check, or a charge that happened outside Checkout. Owner notices are email when mail is on, not SMS. A prepaid Daycare Pass is a visit pack the lodge grants, not a membership billed by LodgeDesk. We do not sell pet or owner data.

LodgeDesk at mylodgedesk.com is provided as-is. These pages describe LodgeDesk as it works today — we do not add uptime, payout, or feature guarantees beyond that. A longer written agreement will replace this notice before any App Store or Play listing. Using LodgeDesk means you accept this notice.
