How LodgeDesk treats kennel data at mylodgedesk.com. This is a product notice, not legal advice.
The desk only needs what it takes to know who is here: names, emails, pets, stays, vaccine dates, and photos the lodge uploads. Staff see the lodge they work. Owners see their own dogs and stays.
We do not sell pet or owner information. Stay photos are visible to lodge staff and that pet’s owner. Card numbers are entered on Stripe Checkout — LodgeDesk does not store full card data. Desk Mark paid is a lodge record, not a card charge.
The Willow Creek demo is sample data for trying the product. Ask the lodge that created a real account if you need records removed. Hosting and auth run on our cloud providers (including Supabase and Stripe) under their terms.
