Pricing
Count your rooms and you know your price. Every plan is all of LodgeDesk — pet-parent Book (Suites Available / Unavailable, Find / Join by name or invite code, Training as a bookable category), Kennel setup, daycare and grooming, authorized pickups, a lodge vax strip, online card deposits when you are ready, forgot password, and email when mail is on. No setup fee, no staff seats, no SMS meter. A boarding deposit or the remaining balance can be paid by card online. Going home can charge a saved card when one is on file. There is no counter reader, no SMS, no report card, no class scheduler, and no membership engine.

Talk to usPrices are US dollars per lodge, per month. Every plan is all of LodgeDesk: rooms, no setup fee, no staff seats, no SMS meter. Open the Dashboard with your lodge name and room count — billing is still a conversation, not a card form. Card payments for a stay are an online link the owner opens. Going home can charge a saved card when a card is on file. That is not a counter reader. When the kennel is set up to receive card payments, those payments go to the kennel; until then they settle on LodgeDesk. Staff can always Mark paid for cash and checks. Owner notices are email when mail is on, not texts.
Boarding a dog somewhere that already uses LodgeDesk? Create an owner account — that side is free and always will be.
In every plan
A 12-room kennel gets the same LodgeDesk as a 90-room lodge. There is nothing to unlock, nothing to bolt on, no setup fee, no seat count, and no SMS meter.
A month calendar of suites and services, plus open requests, with the rooms you can still sell tonight.
Nightly rates per room and a week grid with sold-out and nearly-full days for the phone call that starts with “do you have next weekend?” Occupancy percent and the dollar line on Week are a soft forecast, not accounting.
Staff book on the Dashboard; pet parents request nights themselves — including 2+ same-household dogs, a boarding or daycare series, Book again from a past stay, and Training as a category. Pet-parent Book shows Available / Unavailable by suite type. Find / Join kennel is on Home after login by name or invite code. Booking only offers suites that are actually free. Closed dates and kennel hours block new boarding and daycare bookings. Full dates say so and suggest other dates or calling the lodge.
Kennel setup sets required vaccines, suites, deposit percent, drop/pick slots, and add-ons. Suggested starting values fill only the blanks. The invite code is there to copy. Breed, notes, vaccine dates, and authorized pickup names live with the pet file. Dashboard can show a lodge-wide vax strip. Expired rabies or an unsigned boarding agreement holds check-in until Staff decides.
Send a boarding deposit or the remaining balance as an online card payment. The deposit is your percent of the stay — 50% until you change it — not automatically the first night. Daycare and grooming do not use that deposit. When a card is on file, Going home can charge a saved card for what is due. When the kennel is set up to receive card payments, those payments go to the kennel; until then they settle on LodgeDesk. Cash and checks get Mark paid. There is no counter reader yet.
Staff send Stay updates with short care notes and an optional photo — owners reopen them on Home after checkout. Daily care and weekly digests email when mail is on. Not a report card. Not SMS. Prepaid passes redeem on Book — not a membership. Reports export Discount / Paid / Due as a CSV.
Before you switch
Every kennel we talk to has been sold something that turned out to be a roadmap. Here is the honest list, so nothing surprises you in week two.
Name the lodge and how many rooms you board in. Dashboard opens with those rooms on the board. Talk to us if you want a hand, or if you have more than a hundred rooms.
